Andilly German War Cemetery is the largest German War Cemetery in France, with 33,085 graves from the Second World War. The cemetery (Kriegsgräberstätte) started in 1944 when the Americans buried their and German casualties on this location. After the war the American Graves were replaced to the American Cemetery and Memorial St. Avold, and German graves from a wide area were replaced to Andilly.
